Gold Reception
The Gold Reception is our most popular style reception. Its elegant and
elaborate food stations continue to prove to be everyone's choice as the most
pleasurable way for guests to mingle, select their favorite foods and
thoroughly enjoy the affair.
The reception begins as guests arrive with all the stations open and our
servers passing hors doeuvres. Seating is cabaret style, which allows
your guests to remain standing or seated as long as they wish. (There is no
assigned seating.) The numerous selections of delicious food stations are set
with small plates and the appropriate silverware while attended to by our
chefs. This is not a buffet, but rather separate, convenient stations allowing
a variety of choices for you and your guests.
The Gold Reception is $55.00 per person and includes:
Raw Bar A Display
of Fresh Oysters on the Half Shell, Clams on the Half Shell and Jumbo Shrimp.
Our traditional Cocktail Sauce, Horseradish and Lemon Wedges.
Pasta Station A chef will create Pasta dishes for your
guests from these ingredients: Fresh Cheese Tortellini with Sea Scallops and
Shrimp, tossed with an Alfredo Sauce or a Sundried Tomato & Marscapone
Ravioli, Baby Spinach, Fresh Herbs and Tomato Basil Sauce
Stir Fry A chef will create these dishes for you using
the following ingredients: Sesame Marinated Tenderloin of Chicken, Contessa
Shrimp, Bok Choy, Snow Peas, Red Bell Pepper, Water Chestnuts, Madarin Oranges
in an Orange Ginger Sauce. All to be accompanied with Lo Mein and Stemaed
Basmati Rice.
Carving Station A
carver will slice roast Sirloin of Beef, Fresh Turkey Breast and Roast Loin of
Pork. Accompanying the carved items will be Fresh Baked Rolls and
condiments.
Hot Hors d'Oeuvres The following hors doeuvres will
be passed for your guests:
- Broiled Lamb Chops
- Scallops wrapped in Bacon
- Mushroom Caps with Crabmeat
- Chicken Fingers
- Cold Crab & Cucumber Rounds
- Coconut Shrimp
- Bruschetta
- Fried Ravioli
- Lobster Salad Volauvent
The Garde Manger Station Our talented chefs will display
stations to include an array of Imported and Domestic Cheeses with Fresh Fruit,
a Crudité of Seasonal Vegetables with two Dipping Sauces, a mirror of
Smoked Salmon and the Chefs selection of Grilled Cajun and Pan Seared
Seafood Medallions.
Our Antipasto Display will consist of an array of Salads to include
Artichoke Hearts, Tomato and Cucumber, Mushroom and Herbs. The mirror will
incorporate thinly sliced Prosciutto Ham, Scalions, Roma Tomatoes and Fresh
Mozzarella Cheese, Hard Boiled Eggs, Olives and Bruschetta.
Our Signature Viennese Table A grand display of Petits
Fours, Cream Puffs, Swans, Mini Eclairs, Assorted Gateaux, Pies, Tortes, Fresh
Berries and Cream, Chocolate and White Chocolate Mousse and Apple Cobbler.

Chocolate Fountain Flowing dark Belgium chocolate with
almond biscotti, cookies, brownies, marshmallows, pretzels, strawberries,
